Christmas Tiramisu

I'll be hosting an early Christmas Brunch Party for my childhood friends tomorrow. I've been cracking my head to think of what to prepare for the past few days! There's something therapeutic about late night baking. I get to have the kitchen all to myself and I can play soothing music from my playlist. I like to add a bit of Asian flavor in most of my dishes. So for this Tiramisu, I replaced ladyfingers with pandan chiffon cake, and coffee liquor with kopi-o + cognac. 

Having a Tiramisu in a cup is a must for dessert. Yum tum tum!
