My favorite savory toast

My typical breakfast in Australia consist of smashed avocado on toast with scrambled eggs on the side. Now that I'm in Singapore, and being introduced to so many amazing food, I decided to have my own take of what I call my favorite savory toast. My family likes to stock up on the otak-otak from Muar, Malaysia. And it's my favorite food too! Preparing this is hella easy. All you need to do is to slice some Japanese cucumber, scramble an egg, steam the otak-otak, and put them all on your toast!
